Returns 
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Please Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Processing Time

Currently we have a 2-4 business day processing time for most orders. All orders with express shipping methods selected are processed with priority.

Shipping Fees

We show "estimated shipping fee" throughout the add-to-cart and checkout process, as changes in product availability, multiple items, weight, box/envelope size, and order modifications can occur before the order ships. The final shipping fee is calculated when the items are shipped. 

Shipping Delays

Due to situations beyond our control, COVID-19 staffing shortages, wildfire conditions, and extreme weather, we are seeing delays in carriers delivering shipments. These delays are on both standard and express shipping methods. If the delay is due to one of these situations, we cannot reimburse shipping fees for packages that fail to arrive within the expected time frame. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax is added to all orders. A US Supreme Court ruling (South Dakota vs. Wayfair, Inc.) that allows states to collect sales and use tax on internet and direct marketing transactions for products and/or services delivered to addresses within their state boundaries.

We show "estimated tax" throughout the add-to-cart and checkout process, as changes in product availability, order modifications, and sales tax rate increases can occur before the order ships. The final sales tax is calculated when the items are shipped. Please check your state's tax website for rate changes and effective dates.
